The following programs were written by Ray Andrews, K9DUR. They may be freely distributed for non-commercial purposes as long as no fee is charged except for the cost of the distribution media.

t AppControlPanel (v1.1.3 -- Released: 09/14/2013) -- This program provides a control panel where you can start and stop programs with user-defined buttons.

t Award Statistics (v2.4.1 -- Released: 02/03/2015) -- This program allows you to display graphically your progress towards the WAS or DXCC awards. Results can be displayed by band, mode, & confirmation method (Direct, Bureau, LOTW, or eQSL).

Note: An updated DXCC data file is available which changes the status of Kure Is & Midway Is to deleted entities.

t Dipole Designer (v4.0.0 -- Released: 01/05/2015) -- This program allows you to calculate the dimensions of a standard half-wave dipole antenna, an off-center fed (Windom) dipole antenna, or a double-bazooka coaxial dipole antenna for any frequency.

t Distance, Bearing, & Maidenhead Locator Calculator (v3.0.3 -- Released: 02/27/2013) -- This program calculates the distance and bearing between any 2 points on the earth's surface. It also determines the Maidenhead Grid Locator for any location.

t MorseKeyerEL (v2.1.0 -- Released: 01/24/2014) -- This program provides an interface to the K1EL WinKeyer for CW keyboard and memory keyer functions.

t PacketTerm (v1.3.0 -- Released: 04/07/2016) -- This is a basic packet radio terminal program for communicating with a TNC via a serial port.  It features text capture to a file and 12 programmable commands that can be sent by a mouse click or by pressing a function key.  It a

t RFSafetyCalculator (v2.0.0 -- Released: 12/04/2012) -- This program performs the calculations necessary to do a routine RF exposure evaluation of your station as required by the FCC Rules.

t RLC Calculator (v2.0.0 -- Released: 09/24/2011) -- This program is a simple utility that performs the more common R-L-C circuit calculations including reactance, impedance, admittance, resonant frequency & Q, and time constant.

t SolarData (v4.0.1 -- Released: 12/12/2014) -- This program gets & displays the current Solar Flux Index (SFI), A-Index, K-Index, & Smoothed Sunspot Number (SSN) from the NOAA website & displays them in a small window on your screen.

NOTE:  The Space Weather Prediction Center recently re-vamped their webite, resulting in changes to the URL's that SolarData uses to get its data.

The only difference bewteen SolarData v4.0.1 and v4.0.0 is the default values of the URL's that are written to the settings file when you run SolarData for the first time.  If you have previously used SolarData, you must follow the procedure below to set the new URL's, even if you install SolarData v4.0.1.

To set the URL's to the new values:
1.  Right-click on the SolarData display to open the setup screen.
2.  Change the "Solar Flux, A-Index, & K-Index" URL to:
          ftp://ftp.swpc.noaa.gov/pub/indices/DSD.txt
3.  Change the "Smoothed Sunspot Number" URL to:
          ftp://ftp.swpc.noaa.gov/pub/indices/DGD.txt
4.  Click on "Return" on the toolbar to close the Setup screen, & save your changes.

t UTCclock (v1.0.0 -- Released: 01/23/2015) -- This program displays the current UTC time and/or your local time (as set in your PC). A programmable countdown timer (10-minute ID timer) is included.

t VoiceKeyer (v5.2.1 -- Released: 09/16/2013) -- A digital voice keyer which allows selection of the sound card used to interface to the radio.

t WeatherWatcher (v3.0.0 -- Released: 04/29/2016) -- This program displays your current local weather conditions.

t World Alarm Clock (v3.0.1 -- Released: 05/02/2012) -- This program displays your current local time (as set in your PC), UTC time, and up to 3 additional time zones on your PC screen. Up to 5 independent alarms may be set. Each alarm can be set for any of the time zones being displayed. A programmable countdown timer (10-minute ID timer) is included.
